Fees
We recognise that seeing a solicitor often comes at a difficult and stressful time in our client’s lives. We aim to provide high quality legal advice combined with value for money and believe our rates are very competitive.
Our location in Green Lane, Ilford, Essex, in modern offices, to serve locally, nationally and internationally , yet do not have to pass on the high costs of working in Essex/London to our clients.
Our fees are calculated on an hourly basis, depending on the seniority of the lawyer working on the case, and the complexity of the matter. For straightforward and routine cases, our hourly rates are:
Partner - £160 per hour
Solicitor - £130 per hour
Caseworker / Trainee solicitor - £80 per hour
Letters and telephone calls - 10% of hourly rate
Fixed Fees
In straightforward cases, we can offer fixed fees for the following applications:
English Language test - £195
Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK following 2 year probationary period - £550
Citizenship - £495
Student application - £350
Marriage, Civil Partnership or unmarried relationship - £495
Long Residence - £1,500
Settlement for dependent family members - £495
Business application - £1,500
Highly Skilled Migrant Programme - £1,000
Work Permit - £1,200
Our fixed fees are exclusive of VAT Home Office application fees and disbursements. For an additional fee of £150 we can arrange for your application to be taken in person to the Home Office to be processed under the premium same day service.
Our fixed fees only cover the cost of preparing and making the application. Should an appeal or challenge be necessary, we will agree separate fees with you.
